The Tower Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting the engineering department and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects.
Duties:
General labor work.
Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary.
Store items properly throughout property.
Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep is necessary.
Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.
Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain an OSHA 10 certification.
Experience in labor/remodel work preferred.
Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
