Support Volvo ID customer identity platform migration and ongoing DevOps/platform engineering activities

• Primary interface for Volvo stakeholders
• Manage onsite governance and workshops
• Coordinate offshore delivery teams
• Drive executive reporting and escalation management
• Track migration progress and dependencies
