Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The role is customer facing and relationship driven ,responsible for supporting existing commercial clients( Agricultural businesses ) ,market report translation , account opening process and order processsing.

Roles and Responsibilities( not limited to) :-

• Interact with clients daily on order placement, execution and completion.
• Support the desk by answering phones, completing order tickets, and checking daily trades and afternoon prelims
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to internal and external clients
• Respond to client requests promptly, follow through to resolution, and escalate to a senior team member where appropriate
• Work proactively and collaboratively with the wider teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

Prefered work experience

0-2 yrs of customer service or customer-facing experience in an agricultural, agri-business, grain or commodity-market .Prior internship, univerity project work experience in financial services industry or demostratable knowledge of the commodity market.

Certification required for the role

• Certification for Series 3 license may be obtained with this role

Eligibility Criteria

• A recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program
• Must be fully authorized to work in the country where the role is based without requiring sponsorship in the future.
