Job Summary:
This role provides critical operational support for sales and trading teams, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. You will be responsible for processing trades, resolving discrepancies, and managing the full trade lifecycle. This position acts as a key liaison between trading desks, operations, and technology to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate daily trade bookings accurately.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and reconciliation breaks.
• Manage trade lifecycle events and ensure timely processing.
• Support traders and sales with operational queries and requests.
• Monitor control frameworks and escalate potential risks.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial products.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in capital markets operations, including trade support, middle office, or financial services within the last five years is preferred.
