    Position Title: TCIA Associate Attorney
    Location: Seattle, WA | Hybrid
    Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 annually

    Key Responsibilities

    • 2–4 years experience in trademark, copyright, internet, and advertising law
       
    • Skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement
       
    • Experience with TTAB, UDRP, copyright filing and counseling
       
    • Strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing
