Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr. Job Description:

As Trail Runner, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Job Purpose

The position supports Hotel Equities' corporate or portfolio operations by providing specialized expertise, analysis, coordination, and service to internal stakeholders and hotel teams. This position contributes to business performance, operational consistency, and strategic objectives through accurate work, effective communication, and strong cross-functional partnership.

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized support and guidance to assigned corporate, portfolio, or hotel stakeholders.
• Manage assigned processes, projects, records, and deliverables accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze information, prepare reports, and communicate insights or recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hotel leaders to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established company procedures and controls.
• Monitor deadlines, action items, and project milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, service, and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, associate, guest, and financial information as applicable.
• Support special projects and other business needs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred depending on the position.
• Previous experience in the applicable business discipline, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Safely maneuver carts and transport supplies across the property.

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Walk on uneven terrain, trails, gravel, inclines, and other outdoor surfaces.

Perform physically active tasks throughout the shift.
