Guardian Business Group LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as a trainer/sales professional. This is an opportunity to combine sales, leadership, coaching, and customer service while helping individuals and families understand supplemental insurance options.

Whether you have insurance experience or are looking for a new career, we provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and explain available supplemental insurance products.

• Conduct professional presentations and educate customers on their coverage options.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

• Develop your sales skills while learning our products, systems, and proven sales processes.

• Train and mentor new team members as you gain experience.

• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

• Previous sales, customer service, leadership, teaching, or insurance experience is a plusbut not required.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain any required insurance license.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Licensing & Education Requirements

• Must already hold a Health & Life insurance producer license or be willing and able to obtain one.

• Licensing reimbursement is available.

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional post-high-school work experience.

• Candidates within 6 months of completing a bachelor's degree may be considered.

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Schedule

• Full-time

• 8-hour shift

• Flexible scheduling based on territory and client appointments
