Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of training, onboarding, workforce development, or instructional design experience preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Manufacturing or industrial training experience is a plus
- Make a direct impact on employee growth and workplace safety
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization
- Help build a culture of continuous learning and development
