Desired Candidate Daily Availability: Expected Availability: The Contractor is expected to provide an estimated total of 240 hours of support across two phases. Availability requirements differ by phase, as described below. Phase 1 Training Development (~80 hours): Weekday availability (Monday Friday) during standard day-shift hours to develop content, collaborate with site SMEs, and incorporate technical reviews. This phase is completed before routine training execution begins. Phase 2 Training Execution (~160 hours): Delivery of 20 x 8-hour training sessions on weekdays, scheduled across both day and night shifts so that all plant teams can attend. Sessions must fall within the following windows: Day shift: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Night shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Required Skills Technical mastery in components (pneumatics, drives and transmissions, electronics, pumps, fasteners), public speaking, cross-functional collaboration and communication, proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Components Training Program Leader: Responsible for creating the training infrastructure, launching the program, and handing it off to site SMEs.
Expected Timeline: Development must begin during OND (October December 2026) with pilot sessions used to validate and refine the content (minimum of 1 pilot training for D&T and 1 pilot training for pneumatics). The program must be fully ready for routine execution by Feb 1, 2027, with training delivered at least once per week from Feb 1 through June 30, 2027.
