Pay Range:$72,000-$122,000 Per Year
Description
Join our team in New York, NY as a Full-Time Training and Compliance Associate.
This role focuses on enhancing quality, workflow efficiency, and staff readiness within revenue cycle operations.
You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and performance, utilizing generic technology systems to support these functions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Conduct quality reviews to identify educational needs and performance gaps.
Analyze compliance reports and provide updates to senior leadership.
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and implement efficiency initiatives.
Develop training materials and documentation aligned with generic technology applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or four years of experience in adult education or instructional design.
Experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership skills.
Track record of process improvement within revenue cycle departments.
Proficiency in creating training materials and eLearning classes.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
