The Training and Development manager will be responsible for designing and leading HDI's enterprise-wide learning and talent development strategy. This role builds technical underwriting capability, strengthens leadership effectiveness, develops career path frameworks, and creates succession pipelines for critical business roles. The position partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization has the talent, skills, and leadership bench strength required to support long-term business growth and underwriting excellence. This role effectively combines Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning into one strategic function focused on building HDI's future underwriting and leadership talent pipeline. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range for this position is $145,000 – 160,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
