Job Summary:

This position is responsible for helping create strong, effective learning experiences for certified trainers across the organization. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will oversee the certification and onboarding of trainers, prepare field trainers for their NCO roles, execute pre-opening training, lead post-training optimization, update training materials, and participate in special projects when there aren’t any café openings.

The coordinator must be able to lead teams, anticipate operational challenges, and uphold DYNE’s high standards, all of which will be essential to bringing our Core Values to life in our new cafes. Duties/Responsibilities:

New Café Opening Training:

• Lead pre-opening and post-opening training team, delegate tasks, and ensure new team members are properly trained and motivated
• Foster an inspired work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
• Continuously update NRO training agenda and trainer playbooks to support company standard improvements or operational changes
• Ensure timely coordination of café opening timelines, pre-opening coaching with General Manager/DM, and follow-up through the training to ensure flawless execution
• Ensure adequate and quick adjustments are made for staffing levels and scheduling to meet projected business demand
• Foster an inspired work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
• Conduct post-opening trainer evaluations and map out a development plan for each trainer
• Create a feedback loop to improve the new café opening process for all parties involved
• Additional opening opportunities and duties may occur and be assigned depending on business needs

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily café routines to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, checklist completion, and KPI readiness
• Update training materials and tools to support operational changes and standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all café activities
• Monitor and maintain operational standards to achieve efficiency and productivity goals
• Perform additional duties assigned to support the overall success of the café operations
• Update training materials and tools to support operational changes and standards

KPI Duties:

• Monitor labor cost and establish truck pars during the first three weeks of the opening
• Ensure training and process accuracy in cash handling, register operations, safe counts, and bank deposits
