Training Coordinator, Optimus Service

The Training Coordinator, Optimus Service is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for the Optimus Service teams. This position ensures that teams have the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively diagnose and repair robotics systems to maintain fleet uptime. You'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to align training initiatives with project goals.

• Design and implement training materials, guides, and workshops for data collection processes
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new team members and provide ongoing training for existing staff
• Develop and deliver training on robotics hardware, software tools, and safety protocols
• Identify inefficiencies in robotics service processes and propose actionable improvements
• Provide feedback and additional resources as needed to ensure continuous improvement
• Create comprehensive training documentation, including manuals and process guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications
• Experience in training coordination, robotics service, or a related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical diagnostics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project management or team leadership is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Expected Compensation

$28.75 - $54.44/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
