About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to conduct training sessions and facilitate learning programs for both new and current employees. This role involves developing and updating training materials, manuals, and instructional guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The Training Specialist will support operational goals while maintaining safety standards and compliance throughout training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning programs for employees
• Develop, review, and update training materials, manuals, and instructional guides
• Assist in assessing training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation in line with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to align training initiatives with operational goals
• Support Tier 2 functions, including handling tasks up to 20 lbs as required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all training activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience conducting training sessions or facilitating learning programs
• Ability to develop training materials and manuals
• Capable of handling physical tasks up to 20 lbs
• Availability to work flexible schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
