Job Summary and Qualifications The training specialist will focused on e-learning and creating engaging, self-paced learning experiences for CMOs and emerging executive leaders, rather than a traditional trainer or facilitator.Working under the direction of the Manager, Physician Leadership Training Strategy & Design, this role translates defined learning strategies and business requirements into engaging, effective training experiences.What you will do in this role:Developing approximately 10 learning modules.Building content within Articulate and creating interactive learning experiences.Conducting pilot testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback.Supporting executive onboarding initiatives, particularly for CMOs.Potentially assisting with leadership development content for CFOs and other C-suite audiences.Partnering with stakeholders to assess learning needs and design solutions.Participating in brainstorming and content strategy discussions.Creating scalable templates and resources that can be leveraged across multiple programs and departments. What qualifications you will need:Bachelors Degree required3+ years of relevant experience required Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creation Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) Strong ability to simplify complex clinical or operational concepts into effective learning solutions Solid understanding of adult learning principles preferred Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies preferred Experience using data to evaluate and improve training outcomes preferred Benefits HCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
