Position: Advisory & Transaction Services Expert (M&A / Valuation)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$700 per task
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios from your work, including quality-of-earnings analyses, working-capital and net-debt analyses, and valuation models.
• Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance training data quality and model reasoning.
• Develop and refine purchase price allocation models and deal/LBO models.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation background.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• CPA, and/or ASA / ABV / CFA a plus for valuation-leaning candidates.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE, valuation, or deal models.
