A growing, highly respected professional services firm is looking to add a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to its expanding team.

This is an opportunity to lead financial due diligence engagements on middle-market M&A transactions ($25M-$100M+), working directly with business owners, investors, and executive leadership across a variety of industries.

What You'll Do

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements

Analyze Quality of Earnings, working capital, EBITDA adjustments, and key financial trends

Manage client relationships and transaction processes from start to finish

Review deliverables and oversee engagement teams

Mentor and develop junior team members

Qualifications

6+ years of Transaction Advisory, QoE, Audit, or related experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

Prior experience managing engagements and developing staff

Strong client-facing and communication skills
