Transactional Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking a Transactional Attorney to assist a small NYC-based law practice.

The firm's attorney is looking for part-time assistance with contracts (asset sale/purchase); real estate (leases); governance matters (operating agreements, shareholder, bylaws etc.); and employment agreements.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position for a NY-barred attorney interested in part-time work with varied hours depending on workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Redlining contracts and handling NDAs
• Gathering signatures on NDAs and other contract documents
• Reviewing and responding to vendor contracts
• Completing legal administrative duties regarding contract workflow
• Reviewing and redlining leases and license agreements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be a JD and barred in New York
• At least two years of transactional legal experience
• Ability to independently handle contracts for governance and employment matters
