Job Summary

The Transformation Product Manager AI Solutions is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of AI-enabled product opportunities that support enterprise transformation objectives. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-related product ideasfrom early discovery through backlog readinessensuring initiatives are clearly defined, value-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities.

In addition to product ownership, this role leads a small team of analysts responsible for discovery, analysis, and backlog development. The manager ensures consistent methods, high-quality outputs, and ongoing capability development across the team.

The role partners closely with business leaders, transformation teams, architecture, engineering, and data science to translate complex business challenges into actionable product concepts that can be delivered through standard product and agile execution models.

Location - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from Jacksonville, FL or Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GA

What youll be doing:

Product & Backlog Ownership

Own and manage a prioritized backlog of AI-related product ideas, concepts, and epics

Identify and assess AI-enabled opportunities aligned to enterprise transformation goals

Translate business needs into clear product problem statements, value propositions, and success measures

Define product vision, scope, and intended outcomes for AI initiatives

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and thematic investment areas

Apply value-based prioritization to support investment and sequencing decisions

Ensure risk, compliance, and responsible AI considerations are incorporated into product definitions

Support transition of validated ideas into delivery team backlogs

Monitor delivered outcomes and realized value to inform continuous backlog refinement

Communicate product priorities, status, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Discovery & Execution Readiness

Lead and quality-assure product discovery activities executed by analysts

Partner with architecture, engineering, and data teams to assess feasibility and solution options

Establish standardized discovery frameworks, outputs, and tooling

Ensure consistency and quality of business cases, requirements, and backlog artifacts

People Leadership & Capability Building

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Process Analysts / Analysts

Define team priorities aligned to product and transformation objectives

Establish performance expectations, development plans, and career progression pathways

Build and scale discovery and analysis capabilities to support AI product pipelines

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability

Job Level Detail

This is a first-line manager role responsible for both product outcomes and team leadership within AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Leads a small team responsible for discovery, analysis, and backlog development

Works independently on high-complexity initiatives requiring advanced judgment

Influences product strategy and prioritization across multiple domains

Engages with senior leaders to shape AI-enabled transformation initiatives

Accountable for team performance, output quality, and capability development

Typically requires 8+ years of experience in product management, transformation, or related disciplines, with prior leadership experience preferred
