Transportation Attendant

Responsibilities: 

• Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting vehicles safely
• Provide courteous and attentive care to passengers, including individuals with disabilities
• Operate or assist with wheelchair lifts, ramps, and securement systems
• Monitor passenger well-being throughout the duration of each trip
• Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time, efficient routes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment
• Document and report any incidents, concerns, or special passenger needs

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience in passenger assistance, caregiving, or transportation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges, including wheelchair handling
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States
