Job Description

We are in search of a Transportation Clerk to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Communication: Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in databases.
• Responsible for scheduling deliveries and managing communications with drivers.
• Customer Service: Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.
• General Clerical Support: Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in transportation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Computer and email proficiency preferred.
• Basic experience with receiving.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position has a starting pay rate of $25.00-$30.00/hour.
