Join our team of amazing individuals today!Pay Range: $22-$26Shifts: Monday-Friday (weekends as scheduled) FT ONLYTransport Driver Responsibilities:Transport and escort residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errandsAbility to organize scheduled appointments throughout the day Drive a wheelchair lift van, which is specially equipped with an automatic liftResponsible for obtaining directions to the location before leaving facilityCommunicate with facility about any pertinent information related to resident transportation Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents Complete all transports to/from appointments with promptness, communicating all late arrivals/departures to clinic/facility Assist on the floor answering call lights as a NAC when there is downtime Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of careWork with appointment scheduler on scheduling appts and transportRequirements:Ability to pass MVA Background CheckExcellent interpersonal skillsFast and adaptive problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsCNA preferredFirst aid and CPR certificationsBenefits:Health/Dental/Vision insurance401K planPaid time offTuition assistance and continued educationKey Word Algorithm Keywords: Skilled Nursing, Nurse, Healthcare, SNF, Nursing Facility, Transportation, Driver, Shuttle
