Transportation Project Manager, PE

Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm with offices across the Midwest, is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead roadway and infrastructure projects for public agency clients in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation projects including roadway, intersection, and corridor improvements
• Lead Phase I and Phase II design efforts and coordinate Phase III support
• Oversee plan preparation, specifications, and cost estimates
• Serve as primary contact for municipal, county, and state agency clients
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams; support proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois
• 8+ years of transportation design experience
• Familiarity with IDOT and local agency procedures
• Strong leadership and client-service skills
