    Description

    Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

    Location: This is an on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership, clients, and a strong technical team in a growing office environment.

    Note: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active Missouri Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain through reciprocity, 10+ years of transportation engineering experience, and experience with MoDOT and Local Public Agency projects.

    Job Description

    • Lead transportation engineering projects including highways, interchanges, intersections, and roadway improvements.
    • Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and project documents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and coordination with internal technical teams.
    • Work directly with public and private clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
    • Support MoDOT, Local Public Agency, and related transportation infrastructure projects.
    • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, technicians, and other disciplines to keep projects moving efficiently.
    • Assist with proposals, client development, and business development efforts.
    • Represent the firm through client relationships, industry involvement, and high-quality project delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
    • Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri required or ability to obtain by reciprocity.
    • 10+ years of transportation engineering or civil transportation project management experience.
    • Experience with MoDOT and Local Public Agency projects required.
    • Experience with IDOT or tollway projects is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar design software.
    • Strong understanding of project documentation, roadway design, geometric layouts, intersection design, ADA layouts, and applicable design criteria.
    • Traffic signal and storm sewer design experience is a plus.
    • Strong communication, organization, budgeting, and client-management skills.
