Transportation Services Manager
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
CR&R is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to oversee daily route execution, driver performance, and service reliability across assigned operations. What You'll Do
Lead daily route execution and driver performance
Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
Resolve service issues and support customer needs
Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
What We're Looking For
5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
