Trauma Registrar

Job Title: Trauma Registrar
Location: Remote
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 21 Weeks (With possibility of extension)

Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
1 years of recent relevant experience.
Proficiency in ICD-9 coding.
Experience with medical record review, data abstraction, and diagnosis and treatment coding.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Knowledge of confidentiality, medical information release, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
Ability to perform basic analytical calculations and maintain accurate, timely registry data.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
