Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in booking a variety of travel arrangements, from flights and accommodations to cruises and all-inclusive vacations. No prior experience is necessary our comprehensive training program will equip you with all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel products, and services.
Access and utilize over 200 travel suppliers, including Royal Caribbean, Sandals Resorts, and more.
Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
Stay updated on travel promotions, deals, and industry trends.
Collaborate with a positive and supportive community of travel professionals.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A passion for travel and helping others plan their dream vacations.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with travel booking software is a plus but not required.
No prior travel industry experience necessary comprehensive training is provided.
