You must have a current RN license valid in Massachusetts or a compact state, with at least 1-2 years of recent telemetry or stepdown experience. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and teamwork skills are recommended.
