• Years of experience required: 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination/Discharge Planning
• Weekend requirement: Typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to department need
• CA state license: Yes
• Pending License accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
