Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California.
Unit Description: This position will be supporting complex case across the system and patients in the community (virtually). They may need to float between offices in Emeryville and SF, but will be primarily virtual.

Inpatient CM Experience
Shift Details: 5x8s - 0800-1630; float to SF and Emeryville offices as needed
2 Days Onsite, 3 Days remote per week
Emeryville - Parking is $16 a day, will be there 2 days a week there.
