Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of cardiac catheterization experience to support a Cardiology-Cath Lab unit on a 13-week assignment.

Details

• Work in the Cardiology-Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call responsibilities required with a 30-minute callback window, averaging 15-20 call days per 6-week period
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Cath Lab, IR, or EP, with Cath Lab experience required at minimum
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• Candidates should check with their recruiter regarding local rate eligibility prior to applying
• Only one submission per candidate allowed system-wide across Ascension facilities
• Candidates should begin discussing assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
• COVID vaccination is not required
