Job Overview We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential overnight patient care in a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, feeding, mobility, hygiene)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Support nursing staff with routine care tasks
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate observations and documentation
- Follow infection control and facility protocols
- Provide compassionate bedside care
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
