Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in providing quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.
