CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate:$18.09 - $21.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
• Night-shift assignment
