This 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility provides long-term care and subacute rehabilitation, with a focus on individualized care and resident well-being.

Pay: $18–$20/hour
Location: Amsterdam, NY
Contract Position

Available Shifts:

• 
  6: 00 AM –2: 30 PM
  
• 
  2: 00 PM –10: 30 PM
  
• 
  10: 00 PM –6: 30 AM
  

Schedule: Minimum 4 eight-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.
What You’ll Do

• 
  Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily care needs.
  
• 
  Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
  
• 
  Obtain and record vital signs as directed.
  
• 
  Document resident care accurately in MatrixCare.
  
• 
  Report changes in residents’conditions to the nursing team.
  
• 
  Follow individualized care plans while promoting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
  

What You’ll Need

• 
  Current New York State CNA certification
  
• 
  At least 2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience
  
• 
  Current BLS certification
  
• 
  Previous travel or contract CNA experience
  
• 
  MatrixCare experience preferred
