Role Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking details
  • Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
  • Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be trainable
  • Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Sales skills with an ability to identify and meet clients' travel requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms
  • Passion for travel and helping others

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Amadeus, etc.)
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
