Position Summary

This is a sales-focused role where you'll build lasting client relationships, create customized travel experiences, and grow your business through referrals, networking, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, embraces technology, and is energized by turning opportunities into loyal customers.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, sales-driven position focused on travel consulting, relationship management, and business development. Successful consultants actively build their business through referrals, networking, and exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility to step up when business needs arise, including occasional overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to plan and book domestic and international travel, including cruises, tours, vacation packages, hotels, airfare, and transportation.
• Create personalized travel experiences tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and proactive follow-up.
• Quickly respond to leads and opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize travel technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms to manage client relationships and bookings.
• Stay up to date on travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier offerings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage details effectively
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings undefined

Nice To Have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, event planning, retail sales, banking, or a relationship-based sales environment.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and building customer relationships.
• Experience generating leads, networking, and growing a client base.
• Personal travel experience and a passion for helping others create memorable travel experiences. 

Training & GrowthAAA provides comprehensive training through Auto Club University, including travel products, consultative sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Occasional travel may be required for training and educational opportunities.
