Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Fishers, IN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients. As a resource traveler, you will float between the ICU, PCU, MS, and ED based on departmental needs.
Position / Specialty: Critical Care Float
Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
Years of Experience Required: 3 years (strong experience in ICU required)
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Local Candidates: Not accepted
Float Required: Yes, resource traveler floating between ICU/PCU, MS, and the ED
Pending License: Not accepted
RTO Restrictions: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Guaranteed Hours: 36-48 hours per week depending on shift configuration
Special Requirements: Experience with ventilators, Artic Sun, Balloon Pump (rare)
Unit Information: ARDS, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, DKA, AKI's, UTI's, Acute Shock
