Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Milton, MA. We are looking for dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients during a 13-week contract assignment. This position offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-stakes environment.

As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitoring and managing ventilator settings, vasoactive medications, and sedation titration.
• Performing hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.
• Floating as needed to PACU, step down, and ED for the care of holding patients.

Requirements for this position include:

• 2-3 years of related work experience in an ICU setting.
• Current MA nursing license (can apply at the time of offer for both temporary and permanent licenses).
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications.
• Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Epic experience is required.
• Ability to pass ECG/telemetry and medications tests at day one orientation.

This is a night shift position (12 hours) with every other weekend required. We are currently addressing winter staffing needs, and travelers do not need a separation period from previous employers to submit to open orders. Local candidates are accepted at $10 less than the travel rate.
