Pay Rate: $74/hour

Required Documents & Qualifications

• Most recent updated resume required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Current NIHSS certification.
• Critical care, CCU, or ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to float between Skagit Valley Hospital and Cascade Valley Hospital as needed.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Availability for an interview.
• Available start date.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in critical care and intensive care settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to urgent and emergent clinical situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Adapt to floating assignments between Skagit Valley Hospital and Cascade Valley Hospital based on staffing needs.
