Travel CT Tech - $2,478 per week in Eureka, CA

Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Northern California
• Work with a Level III Trauma designation performing comprehensive CT exams with and without contrast
• 3-room CT department with daily caseload of approximately 20 patients
• Interdisciplinary support including radiology teams, lift teams, rapid response teams, and transportation
• Serve diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
• Current BLS certification
• Fluoroscopy permit required
• Valid California state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
• Proficiency in abdomen, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, and thoracic CT studies with and without contrast
• Experience with emergency department, ICU, trauma care, and starting peripheral IVs
• Strong knowledge of PACS, radiation safety, multiplanar reconstruction, and contrast media administration
• Community hospital, Level I or Level II trauma center experience preferred
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
