Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators of Patient Care areas are to wear approved scrubs when scheduled to provide patient care. Professional clothing as described in the Non-Patient Care and Administrative Areas/Departments may be worn when not assigned to provide patient care. Approved scrubs, worn in complete sets, or scrub dress. Hospital branded/provided t-shirts and quarter-zip pullovers approved by Marketing are also permitted. Solid color (white is preferred) shirts or turtlenecks may be worn under scrub top/dresses or with a closed scrub jacket and no visible logo, design or writing on shirt. Athletic shoes, duty shoes, or clogs with closed toes. No sandals. No open toed shoes. Approved scrub jackets are appropriate to be worn with approved scrubs. Hospital provided scrubs will be worn in the surgical suites. Please refer to the specific department policy.
