Job TitleCT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Nights | Varied 10-hour shifts with start times between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM | No call required
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures in a high-volume environment, supporting approximately 110-130 patients per day
- Float between CT and X-Ray departments as needed, operating a variety of imaging equipment
- Operate CT equipment including Siemens Edge 128 and Siemens Definition 128 scanners
- Perform X-Ray imaging using Carestream equipment and portable units
- Maintain compliance with all applicable radiation safety standards and facility protocols
- Wear teal scrubs in accordance with department dress code
Required Qualifications- Active California Radiologic Technology License required
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- Active BLS certification required
- California Fluoroscopy Permit required
- Flexibility to work varied 10-hour night shifts with start times between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Two supervisory references required at time of submittal (charge references accepted); one within the past 12 months and one within the past 3 years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with Siemens CT equipment (Edge 128 and/or Definition 128)
- Experience with Carestream X-Ray equipment and portable imaging
- Comfort working in a high-volume imaging environment
- Experience floating between CT and X-Ray modalities
