Travel CT Tech - $2,730 per week in Eureka, CA

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid compact state license Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit Must-Have: - Previous charge experience (2 years preferred) - Charting system experience preferred - Community hospital experience preferred - Fluoroscopy studies and enema studies experience preferred Description: This position involves working three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday. The start time is 07:00, and the candidate will be expected to work 26 weeks. Candidates will be required to commit to working three of the five major holidays. The daily caseload typically involves a variety of patient diagnoses. Familiarity with trauma designations and a range of CT exams, both with and without contrast, is preferred. Skills in venipuncture, preparation and administration of contrast media, and radiation safety are essential. The candidate will have interdisciplinary support from various teams. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. References are required during the compliance process. Candidates should be prepared to respond to questions regarding previous employment experiences. Modules and training will be completed before the start of the assignment. Communication devices required for the role will be provided at no cost.
