CT Technologist – Computed Tomography (Nights)

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | 4x10-hour shifts, Friday–Monday | Start times vary between 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | On-call required (approximately 3–5 shifts/month) | Holiday RTO will not be approved

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures using a 64-slice CT scanner and spiral CT equipment, including Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilion One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis
• Operate 3D imaging stations to support coronary screenings and chest pain evaluations
• Accommodate bariatric patients utilizing a specialized table supporting up to 660 pounds
• Perform venipuncture as required for contrast administration and related procedures
• Provide imaging support in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center environment
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned by the department

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of current, recent CT Technologist experience
• Recent Level I Trauma Center experience required (within the past 6 months; 1 year preferred)
• ARRT (CT) Certification – must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) License – must be active and in hand at time of submission
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) – must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Venipuncture Certificate – must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Must reside 30+ miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of Level I Trauma Center experience
• Hands-on experience with Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilion One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis equipment
• Familiarity with Kronos timekeeping systems
