Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced CT scans in accordance with radiologist protocols
• Operate independently without supervision in an acute hospital environment
• Perform MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging as needed
• Support imaging procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, and stroke cases as applicable
• Maintain current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT CT certification throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (as a radiographer) required by assignment start date
• Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Ability to scan per radiologist protocols and function independently without supervision
• Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical or religious exemption required prior to contract start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation
• Experience with venipuncture
• Background in vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging
• Experience with procedures such as biopsies or drainages
