    Job Title

    CT Technologist

    Location

    Orangeburg, SC

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from newborn through geriatrics for physician interpretation
    • Conduct inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, and scheduled interventional cases as assigned
    • Start IVs and administer contrast agents in preparation for CT procedures
    • Assist with CT-guided biopsies and utilize PACS system for image management
    • Participate in an on-call rotation (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–6:00 AM) as needed for call-outs or high-volume trauma situations
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
    • ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required and must be in hand at time of start
    • South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) CT registration required and must be active at time of start
    • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
    • Graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology
    • Radiation dosimetry badge required — must be provided by agency prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Level III Trauma or Acute Care Hospital environment
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
    • Experience performing CT-guided biopsies and interventional cases
