Travel CT Technologist

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring aTravel - CT Tech

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs/week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Length: 20 Weeks

Holidays and weekends required

On Call Requirements: As requested

Requirements:

• Florida DOH license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CT Tech
• Placing IVs experience
• Administering IV contrast experience
• Recent experience with Canon/Toshiba scanners required
• Inpatient hospital experience required, with emphasis on ED experience
• Experience in larger, level 1 trauma, and comprehensive stoke program is required
• Equipment Experience: Contract Injectors: Bayer, Scanners: Canon/Toshiba
• CT certification by ARRT and/or NMTCB (as certified Radiologic Technologist) required
• BLS
• Performing POC testing experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC (Radiant)
• May be required to assist with patient transport from ED to CT
• Perform CT scans for diagnosis and treatment in a Level 1 trauma and accredited stroke center
• Patient population includes adults and pediatrics
• Types of cases: Trauma, stroke, oncology, MSK, bariatric, burns, cardiac, multiphase & volumetric scans
• Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma
• Must be open to floating
• Do not submit candidates with a 180-day or longer break in non-clinical employment
• 50 Mile Radius Rule - No Locals
