Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15), every other weekend required. 13-week assignment.

Highlights:

• 2:1 patient ratio across all shifts for optimal patient care delivery
• 24-bed CVICU with daily census of 20, treating cardiac surgical and medical patients
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Potential to float to MSICU, Neuro ICU, or Burn ICU as needed with brief unit orientation
• 36-hour orientation period to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVICU or critical care nursing experience
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (must be in hand)
• Proficiency in critical care skills including arterial line management, ventilator care, central line management, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
• Experience with CVVHD/CRRT, Impella, BiPAP/CPAP, IV insulin protocols, and procedural sedation preferred
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
