Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting, managing a diverse patient population across acuity levels
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage, and emergency interventions in alignment with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a freestanding emergency department or high-volume ER environment
• Familiarity with pediatric, senior care, or express care emergency service lines
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in fast-paced emergency settings
